LushScale ("we", "us", "our") provides private management services for adult content creators. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or apply to work with us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Discretion is central to how we operate.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete the application form, we collect the details you provide — for example your name, email, Instagram or Telegram handle, your platform, your rough monthly revenue range, your goals, and your consent to be contacted.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the campaign parameters (UTM tags, click identifiers) that brought you here. This is used to measure and improve our advertising.
3. How we use your information
- To review your application and decide whether there is a fit.
- To contact you about your application and a potential strategy call.
- To provide and improve our services if we work together.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and our website.
- To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.
Where required by law, we rely on your consent (which you give on the form) and on our legitimate interest in running and growing our business.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and may use similar analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our ads and pages, and to measure conversions. These tools may set cookies or send event data (including a hashed version of your email when you apply) to Meta so our advertising can be measured accurately. You can control cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how the site works.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business — our database and hosting provider (Supabase), our email provider (Resend), and our advertising and measurement provider (Meta).
- Authorities where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
6. Data retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate fit, provide our services, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email lushscale.agency@gmail.com and we will respond as required by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including controlled access and a database that is not publicly readable. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
10. Age
This site and our services are intended only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "last updated" date above when we do.
